13 Chakra Systems

1) Earth Star Chakra

The Earth Star Chakra sits beneath your feet, anchoring your energy field into the living intelligence of the Earth. It’s the deep grounding point that helps you feel held, stable, and supported—especially when you’re expanding spiritually. When this center is strong, your higher-chakra energy can move through you without pulling you out of your body, keeping you aligned with your path and purpose in a practical, embodied way.

2) Root Chakra (Muladhara)

Located at the base of the spine, the Root Chakra governs survival, safety, and your relationship with the physical world. It’s where your nervous system learns “I’m safe,” and where stability gets built—through routine, structure, and trust in life. A balanced root helps you feel grounded, present, and capable of handling reality without collapsing into fear or scarcity.

3) Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana)

The Sacral Chakra lives in the lower abdomen and is the center of creativity, sensuality, and emotional flow. It fuels your ability to feel pleasure, connect intimately, and move through emotions without getting stuck or shut down. When this chakra is open, you feel inspired, connected to your body, and able to express desire and creativity with ease.

4) Navel Chakra

Positioned above the sacral center and below the solar plexus, the Navel Chakra relates to belonging, tribe, and community connection. It’s the energetic space of “I am part of something,” where unconditional love can be experienced through relationships, support, and shared purpose. When balanced, it helps you connect without losing yourself—feeling rooted in community while staying emotionally sovereign.

5) Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura)

The Solar Plexus Chakra sits in the upper abdomen and acts like your inner engine—power, will, confidence, and identity. It governs boundaries, decision-making, and the ability to take action in alignment with who you are. When this center is healthy, you trust yourself, lead your life with clarity, and stop leaking energy through people-pleasing or self-doubt.

6) Heart Chakra (Anahata)

Located in the center of the chest, the Heart Chakra is the bridge between the lower physical chakras and the higher spiritual chakras. It governs love, compassion, forgiveness, and emotional healing—both for yourself and others. A balanced heart allows you to stay open without becoming porous, giving and receiving love while maintaining healthy boundaries and self-respect.

7) Thymus Chakra (Higher Heart)

The Thymus (Higher Heart) Chakra sits over the sternum between the heart and throat, and it carries a higher octave of heart energy. It supports spiritual awakening through compassion, truth, and deep energetic healing—often tied to purpose, service, and soul-level integration. When activated, this chakra helps you live from the heart with discernment, radiating warmth without sacrificing your voice.

8) Throat Chakra (Vishuddha)

The Throat Chakra governs communication, self-expression, and truth. It’s not just about speaking—it’s about being honest with yourself first, and then expressing what’s real with clarity and integrity. When balanced, your words land clean, your boundaries are clear, and your creativity moves from idea into form without fear of judgment.

9) Third Eye Chakra (Ajna)

Located between the eyebrows, the Third Eye Chakra is the center of intuition, insight, and inner vision. It helps you perceive patterns, sense truth beneath appearances, and trust your internal guidance system. When this chakra is clear, you experience strong discernment—less confusion, less second-guessing, and more calm knowing.

10) Crown Chakra (Sahasrara)

The Crown Chakra sits at the top of the head and connects you to higher consciousness, divine presence, and spiritual awareness. It’s the energy center of meaning, trust, and enlightenment—where you experience life beyond the ego’s limited story. When open and integrated, it brings peace, perspective, and a sense of sacred connection without needing to escape the human experience.

11) Causal Chakra

The Causal Chakra is positioned at the back of the head, slightly above the crown, and is often associated with refined intuition and spiritual perception. It’s linked with the Divine Feminine current, subtle wisdom, and access to the world of spirit—downloads, visions, and deeper inner knowing. When balanced, it supports gentle clarity and spiritual receptivity while keeping you anchored and discerning.

12) Soul Star Chakra

The Soul Star Chakra hovers about six inches above the crown and carries the intelligence of your soul’s journey across lifetimes. It’s associated with spiritual gifts, lessons, and the deeper “why” behind your path—often surfacing as remembering, awakening, and sudden clarity about purpose. When active, it strengthens your sense of soul direction and helps you integrate wisdom into your present life.

13) Stellar Gateway Chakra

The Stellar Gateway Chakra sits roughly twelve inches above the crown and represents cosmic consciousness, divine wisdom, and expanded connection to the Universe. It’s often experienced as a channel for higher guidance, multidimensional awareness, and profound spiritual expansion beyond the personal self. When integrated, it supports deep unity, heightened manifestation, and the feeling that you are connected to something vast—while still being fully here, embodied, and aligned.

Balancing and Harmonizing the 13 Chakras

To keep all 13 centers aligned, focus on the whole system—grounding the expanded chakras into the body while keeping the lower chakras clear, supported, and steady.

• Ground Your Energy
Anchor higher energies into the physical body with grounding practices. Try this: visualize roots extending from your Earth Star Chakra deep into the Earth’s core, stabilizing your entire field.

• Movement Practices
Yoga, tai chi, and qigong combine mindful movement with breath to support full-body energy flow. Postures like Mountain Pose (grounding) and Savasana (integration) can harmonize multiple chakras at once.

• Sound Healing
Mantras, singing bowls, and binaural beats help “tune” the system. 174 Hz is often used for grounding (Earth Star), while 963 Hz is commonly associated with crown/transpersonal activation (including the Stellar Gateway). Or experience a sound bath for full-system reset.

• Crystals and Essential Oils
Crystals may support different centers (e.g., hematite for grounding; moldavite often used for expansion). Essential oils like sandalwood (grounding) and frankincense (spiritual connection) can deepen energetic work.

• Receive Regular Reiki
Reiki helps harmonize the entire system—especially the expanded chakras—by clearing energetic congestion, restoring flow, and integrating higher frequencies into the body while releasing stagnant energy in the lower centers.

• Receive Unity Field Healing UFH works through the quantum field of energy of your personal DNA, and uses a quantum field light template known as the UFH Template,  to recalibrate an alignment with your deeper healing potential.
