I guess this is where I am supposed to tell my story of growth and how I have overcome all my shit. It was messy. It was raw. And it was real. I was forged through our experiences, our choices, and trauma, the kind that shatters your identity and forces you to choose between ‘repeat the old story’… or ‘rewrite your entire reality’.
I have been through experiences that would stop many in their tracks. This isn’t a badge of honor I boast - but stated to establish a baseline of empathy and compassion with you. From a place of zero judgement, together we will create the container of safety to untangle the old programs that prevent you from experiencing the life you love. Your future is yours to create.
While this path has always been in my peripheral - my focus has always been structured around building a real, unshakable connection to my higher self - not the cute “just vibe” version but the disciplined, truth-forward kind to be able to call myself out on my own bullshit.

Great question. Through healing, shadow work, and nervous-system truth, I learned how to release old timelines - the ones built on survival, hypervigilance, and self-abandonment - and step into a cleaner, more aligned version of myself.
And it’s time I now share the knowledge and skills learned to help others on this ( often ) lonely and mind-bending journey.

A huge part of what I do now is helping people reprogram the ego - not by “killing” it, but by upgrading it. We dismantle the outdated programs (fear, proving, scarcity, looping trauma responses) and replace them with safer, truer patterns of self-trust, boundaries, receiving, and embodied power.
Now I’m grateful as hell to do this with others. I deliver a unique blend of healing with no-fluff messages and grounded guidance that helps you move forward—clearer, lighter, and anchored in your own truth.
